Basic:  $2.25 per serving

  •         Includes:  cake, iced and simply decorated (border on top and bottom, and a few rosebuds or sweet peas with leaves)

  •         Cake choices:  chocolate, yellow, white

  •         Filling choices:  none (1-layer only), frosting, custard, lemon, apricot, vanilla or chocolate pudding, berry.

  •         Icing choices:  buttercream (white or chocolate), whipped (white or chocolate)

  •         No charge for delivery* within 15 minutes of Bonners Ferry city limits

Extras:

  •         royal icing and color flow flowers and figures (15 cents and up, depending on item)

  •         fondant (add $1.50 per serving)

  •         other cake choices:  carrot, lemon, strawberry, marbled, confetti (add $3 per cake).  For champagne cake add $7 per cake.

  •         other icing:  cream cheese (add $3 per cake)

  •         cake toppers (at cost, plus fee if hand made)

  •         fresh fruit, in season:  strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi fruit, raspberries (plain or frosted with sugar) (add $1.25 per serving)

  •         accessories:  stands, fountain, pillars, server set, toasting glasses, etc. (these are rented items and require a refundable deposit, in case of loss or breakage)

  •        Serving cake at reception* ($25 per hour, min. of 1 hour)

  •     extra charge for deliveries outside of local area (driving charge of 86¢ per mile one way--  contact for more information)

 Please:

·        Order your cake well ahead of time.  It is customary and preferable to have wedding cakes ordered two to four months before the wedding date.  I will, however, accept your order as late as three weeks in advance.

·        Pay half of your invoice up front.  Your balance is due two weeks before delivery date.

·        Make checks out to:  The Bridal Fair of Bonners Ferry.  Please do not send cash through the mail.

*Available Sunday - Thursday, Friday until sunset, and after sunset Saturday.  If your event is Saturday during daylight hours, then I am happy to deliver your cake(s) the day before and have a cake-cutting guide available for your server.
